• Provide a venue for Aboriginal women to connect to other Aboriginal women through our website and IAAW Chapters.
• Communicate and network with other organizations to ensure IAAW  services enhance other services provided.
• Convene conferences and seminars that benefit Aboriginal women.
• Conduct and sponsor workshops that advance Aboriginal women through skill development and empowerment.
• Advocate for Aboriginal Women where all other avenues have been exhausted.
• Carry out projects which will benefit and enhance the status of Aboriginal Women
